New Contract Opportunity eExperience Delivery Manager A leading broadcaster is looking for a eExperience Delivery Manager who will lead the successful implementation of change to their digital channels in the form of a large project. The successful candidate will be accountable for end to end delivery on time and on budget. You will work in a team that focus on supporting current and future customer base by designing, delivering and managing digital sales, service and help channels. This is for a 6 month contract, based in Central London for circa £250 day rate. CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS * Understand business objectives, manage proof of concept definition and user experience deliverables to delivering the benefits. * Manage key stakeholders and be the one point of contact * Experience of customer research and User Experience * Understanding of web development, online/digital project management * Agile/Scrum If you have the relevant skills and experience please apply immediately with your latest CV and a few paragraphs detailing your suitability (please reference your experience against the companies you have worked for).
