Internal Communications Executive is required for a long term contract position based in Farnborough. The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked with internal communications and employee engagement. The scope of the role extends to: *Assess and review the communication needs and preferences of UK employees *Writing editorial content for the mix of group internal communications channels *Develop effective mix of channels to meet the needs of employees; with targeted channel for specific audience groups where appropriate *Act as trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on communications best practice *Manage regular communications channels such as business updates, publications, newsletter bulletin and group Intranet content *Act as air traffic controller maintaining master plan and calendar for all communication plans and activities across the group *Operate in line with reporting procedures and ensure the management of allocated financial budgets *Act as guardian for internal design guidelines and tone of voice Experience and Skills *Internal communications *Fully IT literate - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, PDF, SharePoint 2010 *Experience of SharePoint based intranets *Excellent interpersonal skills, team player *Experience of planning and delivering campaigns and projects *Outgoing and engaging, active networker able to build and maintain relationships *Thrives under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks *Pragmatic approach to problem-solving *'Gets things done' attitude For more information please apply with your CV through this website.
